Who should Attend: Those who now or aspire to teach personal financial education to children and young adults, including public, private and home school teachers, and those who provide personal financial education training through non-profit and for profit organizations and governmental agencies.
The training session will include speakers and breakout sessions that will provide information and resources aimed at those who provide personal financial education instruction to elementary through high school students.
Financial Literacy Month is marked by events and initiatives to raise awareness about the importance of financial literacy and available resources.
The Jump$tart Coalition is the original promoter of April as Financial Literacy Month, which evolved from Youth Financial Literacy Day, introduced by the National Endowment for Financial Education (NEFE) nearly two decades ago as an activity of its High School Financial Program.
November 3-5, 2018 at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. New this year - #JSNEC18 has been restructured as an all-scholarship event! With support from generous underwriters and scholarships providers, the registration fee for teachers has been eliminated entirely.
Jump$tart will accept scholarship applications through August 31. Registration scholarships cover two nights at the Hilton, six conference meals, and full participation in the conference.
